With the changing current education scenario, the improvisation in the society's intellectual infrastructure is a challenge. To meet this challenge and how to think differently, think what others are not thinking and be a step ahead of the rest, ARYA College of Engineering-ACE focuses on Faculty Development Programme.
As said, "What you Sow is what you Reap" So to build a strong foundation such programmes are undertaken. The purpose of the program is to develop the faculty with more innovative & interesting techniques to enable the students to grip the best out of lectures.
Such program gives an insight to the teaching faculty to improve & enhance their skills to enable them to be more efficient & effective. The programs not only focus on enhancing functional area expertise, but also help on enhancing abilities for conducting meaningful research.
