Short Term Goals :

  1. To be recognized globally as an Institution of excellence in academics, research and professional practices.
  2. To get grant of at least one project per year under Government sector for quality Improvement Scheme (AQIS).
  3. To submit the AQAR (Annual Quality Assurance Report) for the Session 2022-23 of the Institute on NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) Portal.
  4. Establishment of image building / grooming, laboratory for holistic personality development inclusive of transferable skills, generic skills and life-skills.
  5. Enhancing network with stakeholders - alumina, parents & academician /industry experts.
  6. To promote digitization in Academic and Administration like Admission, Maintaining Accounts, Examination, Lecture notes, Library etc

Medium Term Goals :

  1. To impart Quality Education, the Institute is maintaining its standards as per NBA (National Board of Accreditation) as the Institute is already accredited in CSE Branch. Further Institute will go for NBA Accreditation in other Branches as well.
  2. To enhance the digital platform for efficient & effective learning.
  3. Developing the infrastructure for all stakeholders.
  4. Initiatives for Credit-transfer facility.
  5. To enhance the collaboration with institutes of national repute for student and faculty exchange
  6. Joint-collaborative research & development projects with the research centre
  7. To contribute significantly towards student's progression and to create uruque outreach in the national and International platforms.
  8. To provide the society solutions to the challenges posed by the know) a technological world.
  9. To participate in NIRF ranking.

Long Term Goals :

  1. To enhance infrastructure for starting start-up and incubation activity in collaboration with industry & business
  2. Collaboration with Institutes of International repute for student and faculty exchange program.
  3. Collaboration with Research institutes nationally & Internationally.
  4. Development of platform for "Self-Made" multi-faceted professionals (all stakeholders) contributing to the national development.
